The Centre currently has two office spaces available for rent: The first office dimensions are 4m 930mm long and 2m wide. The second office dimensions are 6.25m by 5.2m. Rental includes heating, lighting and cleaning and, in the case of the second office, access to a shared kitchen. Rent does not include telephony or IT connections. Both offices would suit a small charity or similar looking for a city centre venue.
